I like to start with a free consultation which looks at your current needs and how I can help you achieve your goals.
Hours and rates will be agreed at the outset so there are no unexpected invoices at the end of the month. I understand of course how quickly business needs can change, so if you decide you need more or less hours, that isn’t a problem and can be discussed.
Paperwork….the boring bit!
Once you have decided you would like to go ahead, I will email a copy of my terms and conditions, plus a Freelance Agreement for signature.
Once the signed agreement has been returned, we will agree a start date.
Communication is crucial when working with a Virtual Assistant, so we will agree your preferred method of communication at the outset. Many clients are happy to communicate via email, others prefer a phone call.
We will also agree how often you would like to be updated, i.e. daily, weekly etc.
If you decide to go for a retainer package, you will be kept fully up to date with how many hours you have used throughout the month, and when you are nearing the maximum amount. If more hours are needed that month, this can be discussed.
For the pay-as-you-go service, you will be invoiced at the end of every month. Payment is required within 14 days.
Retainer packages are invoiced for the month ahead as you are paying to guarantee and retain my time, so you are confident in the knowledge that you have X amount of hours to use every month.
