About Me

Hi, I’m Michelle, and, having worked for over 20 years in various administration roles across a variety of sectors, I decided in December 2017 that the time was right to branch out on my own, offering my skills and experience to support stressed out and overwhelmed business owners with the day-to-day tasks that take up so much time and stop them focusing on their passion.

I’m passionate about building genuine relationships with my clients and working in partnership to help them grow their business and reach their goals.  I get so much satisfaction from knowing that I’ve made their lives a little easier.

Over the years I’ve worked across various sectors, starting as an apprentice at our local council, where I spent the first week in a tiny cupboard shredding bags of paper, and going on to manage offices and work at Director level as a Personal/Executive Assistant.

In 2019, I came runner up in the North East Region of the UK VA of the Year awards, which I’m very proud of, having only been in business 18 months at the time.

I am currently working with a variety of clients worldwide, including a local acupuncturist, a brand strategist based in Australia, a pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher, a mental health therapist based in the US, a Reiki master, a newspaper journalist, a Business and Mindset Coach in the Netherlands and a Media and PR company based in London.

I love a challenge and no two days are the same!

My skills and experience have developed over the years and I’m particularly passionate about anything creative and enjoy getting involved with anything design related.
